Yes, we encourage you to use the same username and password as last year.

What do I get with my $50 registration fee?
The fee includes an EXCLUSIVE exclusive Ryde the Hangar ride T-shirt and swag bag.
When can I pick up my T-shirt and swag bag
We will post the exact date and time closer to the event, but it will be during the last week in Sept, 2017.
What do I need to bring with me to pick up my T-shirts?
You will need the registration email confirmation for yourself and anyone else that you might be picking up for.
What is my Participant Center?
Your Participant Center contains personalized tools to email friends and family, tracking online and offline donations, team status, and much more!
What is my Personal Fundraising Page?
This is a personalized website to help you fundraise in support of STARS and Ryde the Hangar. Each participant has their own page to highlight their fundraising efforts. You can upload your own picture and write your personal testimonial to support your fundraising efforts.
Will the current Fundraising Page have information from last year’s event?
Yes. If you are a returning user, all of your past donor information will be carried over from last year and can be found in the email section.
My friends and family are not receiving emails from my Fundraising Page. What is happening?
If your friends and family are not receiving our emails, it means they have chosen to opt out of receiving emails from Ryde the Hangar. If none of your friends and family are receiving your emails, please contact 306.659.1505 for assistance.
When will tax receipts be issued?
If the donation was made online, the donor will receive an electronic receipt within 24 hours of sending in the online donation. For offline donations, the receipt will be mailed out within 30 days of the event’s completion.
I have lost my tax receipt. Can a duplicate receipt be issued?

Where can I submit the cash and cheque donations I have received?

Cash and cheques, along with the offline pledge sheet, can be dropped off at:

Please DO NOT send cash in the mail.
You can also drop off cash/cheques at the T-shirt and swag bag pick up during the last week of May.
